*Interview mode: Phone.Job Description:*The primary responsibility of this position will be to support the build phase of an *SAP CRM CIC implementation project*. The scope of the project is to deploy current custom SAP system functionality into SAP CRM Interaction Center for customer support / complaint handling with integration to back-end ERP ECC system. The requirement is for a Hands-On functional expert, experienced and capable of performing configuration for assigned process areas. *High Level Requirements:* • Work from blueprint to produce functional specifications *• Perform CIC and associated ECC configuration • CIC WEB UI screen layout/design* • Work with development team for enhancements and integration • Support unit and UAT testing Minimum Areas of Required Experience • Expert knowledge of Complaint Handling and Returns- and Exchange/Repair Processing in CRM with integration into ECC • Expert knowledge of *SAP Order to Cash in both CRM and ECC* • Knowledge of Service Management in both CRM and ECC • Multiple and recent CRM Interaction Center Implementation projects • Configuration for SAP Service (CRM and ECC) *• Configuration of CRM Web UI* • Integration/Middleware CRM-ECC.
