Job responsibilities: •Design, develop and maintain Jasper Report based solutions for POS and Back office systems. •Work with project managers and business analysts to develop and clarify in-depth technical requirements. •Work with architects to establish technical soundness of the solutions. •Create clear and maintainable designs and code as well as review the code and designs of team members and correct if necessary. •Participate in design and architecture discussions alongside a Technical Architect or Technical Delivery Leader (TDL). •Actively participate in estimation, task definition, implementation efforts and status updates. •Shepherd code that has been developed through the development process and lead the efforts of planning/migrating the code into production systems efficiently. •Lead or participate in on-site project teams.
