*Interview mode: Phone.Job Description:*Working with HRIS team (50/50 techno-functional resources) to develop solutions to complex Core & Ben Admin requirements, and execute some technical tasks (likely would not develop SQR, but it would be nice to have that experience). *REQUIRED SKILLS:* 50/50 Technical / Functional expertise in *PeopleSoft Core HCM v9.1*, Experience gathering and writing business requirements, and developing complex queries (complex table joins, SQL, union, etc.). Module depth required in PSoft Core HCM and Benefit Administration. Will need to be deeply conversant in Core and Ben Admin tables, underlying data model & structures, and develop workable solutions to client requirements. Also working with complex Excel pivot tables and manipulation to assist with data validation. *PREFERRED SKILLS:* It would be perfect if the individual also has had experience in turning OFF PeopleSoft Benefits Administration altogether in order to be able to outsource ben admin..
