Job Description:·         The Project Manager is responsible for managing
the end-to-end IT project plan for integration related activities.
·         The Project Manager coordinates across all IT teams and other
parties to ensure project related activities and milestones are met, as
well as those issues are tracked, elevated and reported on in a timely
manner.

*Major Responsibilities:*

·         Participate in the review process of integration meetings to
ensure current in scope applications meet requirements, escalate any
concerns.
·         Review regular integration preparation meeting agendas, minutes,
and maintain issues list.
·         Serve as a central point of contact for tracking issues related
to internal / external end to end test and application integration
conversion events.
·         Ensure milestones are met and project plans are updated regularly
in respect to the integration related tasks in the standard plan -
Ownership of key tasks within the application standard end to end MS
Project Plan/Excel, provide updates and tracking.
Raise issues in application scoping sessions for prioritization  Host /
participate in periodic issues/limitation calls during phases of the project
Coordinate all work stream leads for their input for the requirements and
conversion exercises; obtain lead workstream conversion contacts by
application.  Validate contacts, escalate concerns
·         Track and follow up on all issues related to the development and
conversion exercises
Manage and update the state street collaborate site for Integration to
ensure all teams are keeping their documents up to date.
·         Input to PM issues, risks, dashboards, executive reporting
Schedule and participate in weekly Integration Team status meeting.  Review
updates needed, issues/risks, conversion milestone status, etc.
·         Provide agenda and minutes
Assist the core team in tracking to closure issues and risks during the
entire integration life cycle, including development progress tracking with
the development managers.
Coordinate and produce status reporting for the weekly meetings as well as
senior management
