Two (2) years’ experience within the last three (3) years supporting IBM compatible desktop hardware, hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. IBM Hardware Examples: PCS: Dell, Hewlett-Packard Printers: Hewlett-Packard Laser and Inkjet Color IBM Software Examples: Microsoft Office Professional 2003, 2010, MS Access and Adobe Acrobat. 2. Two (2) years’ experience within the last three (3) years with Microsoft Office 2010 and Windows XP. 3. One (1) year experience within the last two (2) years working with Microsoft Active Directory. 4. One (1) year experience within the last two (2) years working with MS Outlook. 5. Must have use of a personal vehicle during work hours and have a Valid Class “C” Driver’s License (Will be verified during interview). 6. Must be able to lift 40 - 50 pounds (Will be verified during interview). 7. Must be able to provide own tool kit (Will be verified during interview).
