Application technical lead for Middleware /ESB team 100% hands on and responsible for working in conjunction, business analysts and IT teams to drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organizations architectural standards. General Responsibilities: • Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. • Conduct software integration and external interface development. Combine multiple technologies to provide alternative practical solutions. • Review business requirements, determine and develop technical specifications and software requirements that would serve as the build-to specification for development. • Apply, as appropriate, transaction/workflow analysis, internal control and risk analysis and modern business methods. • Production support maintenance and new development of the middleware systems and ESB components. • Provide technical direction to development teams. Prepare reports, studies and documentation, deliver presentations, and participate in meetings. • Interact with Application Support and coordinate any patch and code deployments with System Administration teams. • Understand the various types of tools and technologies on the market and their appropriate usage.
