*Position: UI/UX DesignerLocation: Minneapolis, MNDuration: 1 year, long term project* Required Skills: • 7-10 years in user experience design. • Undergraduate or post graduate degree in design from a reputed design school. • Ability to hold workshops with clients to understand the design problems and co-create design solutions through Design Thinking. • Translate design solutions into scenarios and interactive prototypes across devices. • Hands on experience in design methods, contextual studies, personas, scenarios, wireframes and interactive hi-fidelity prototypes. • Ability to build consensus on design and articulate design solutions effectively to all stakeholders. • Should passionately evangelize and drive value of design through organizations and leadership • Experience in working with offshore design team and development teams will be a big plus. • Experience in waterfall, lean and agile UX processes is essential.
