Global Services IT Operations organization ensures platform performance & availability across TPS by providing a best in class database operational support strategy, event monitoring and performance engineering for critical business processes. The successful candidate will possess excellent PL/SQL developer, data integration systems experience, process optimization, performance troubleshooting skills, planned event coordination, proactive planning, ability to work in a fast paced environment and drive tactical response issues.
