Location : one will be remote and travel to Alabama as needed (client covers
expenses) the other will be onsite in San Francisco.
Interview mode is telephone and possibly a Skype

Project Manager - Software Delivery

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a contract engagement to
join one of their new delivery projects. If you have the experience and skills

What you will be doing:
* Managing a software delivery project with a large enterprise customer
including
integrating and implementing existing core solutions on client sites for
customers
* Work with a Solutions Architect and lead a team of business analysts and
developers to implement an effective solution with core product suite
* Lead projects to achieve on-time, on-budget, and on-quality goals in an Agile
project environment
* Liaise with Senior Manager, Director and VP Level sponsors within the client
on regular status meetings and presenting
* Traveling to client sites to work directly with end client
* Manage daily tasks and initiatives and drive the delivery of the project
* Working with remote vendor resources especially around user interface activity
Things you need to have:
* Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a client facing project manager
* A polished personality and impeccable communication skills to deal with all
level of project team members, other professional services contacts, and
project
sponsors
* Experience with Agile development, BI/analytics, and integration project
experience
* Experience leading teams of 3-10 personnel
* Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to multi-task
* Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
It would be great if you also had:
* Background in professional services consulting for software or systems
integration
firms
* Logistics, utilities, or manufacturing industry background
