Primary role is to perform Mechanical Design activities as a Mechanical Designer. 2. Creates layouts of complex systems, designs and details piece parts, assemblies, mechanisms for *Medical Diagnostic* instruments using *NX CAD application*. 3. Requires ability to conceive, design, detail and construct various mechanical components and assemblies using UGNX CAD tool. 4. Must be experienced designing complex mechanical systems (ex: machine design). As such, must be experienced in designing structures and mechanisms (drive systems, bearings, etc). 5. Must be experienced integrating custom and commercial (off-the-shelf-part) components in the design. 6. Must be knowledgeable in *ASME Y14.5-1994 standard* and be experienced using and applying *Geometric Tolerancing (GD+T).* 7. Must have the ability to define specific engineering implementations that are reliable, easy to use, cost effective, manufacturable and serviceable. 8.
