Job profile for Performance Test Lead: Design and mentor in creating
performance testing approaches and plans for projects Lead a performance
testing team consisting of on offshore team members for application
development project Work tightly with application development,
architecture, infrastructure and engineering groups for performance testing
and application analysis initiatives to define success criteria and
evaluation methodologies. Assist project members with infrastructure and
application performance monitoring and analysis Work closely with the test
management team to establish performance testing criteria Must possess a
strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and technologies
including web, web services and messaging layers. Must also have a strong
understanding of the monitoring solutions and KPIs used to determine
availability and performance of these technology stacks. Must be well
versed in using LR 11.5 or greater for advanced test script development
beyond.
