Title: Java Developer ( interviews are going on ) posted on 2014-10-02 12:52:12 Job Description:Java Software Engineer ( Interviews are going on..... ) In -person after phone/skype screen Rockville, MD Could be long term Required Skills: • A minimum of 4 years of experience with core Java • A minimum of 4 years of experience using Spring • 4+ years creating object oriented designs and implementing service oriented architectures • Working knowledge of highly scalable and high-performing web application design • 2+ years of experience developing user interfaces with AJAX/Jquery/CSS/HTML • You will be required to demonstrate your design and coding skills. • Working experience with REST based web services • Working experience with Agile Scrum • Working experience with Agile engineering practices (continuous integration, automated testing, automated builds, ant/maven, xUnit testing, etc.) • Must be able to review business/functional requirements, and provide detailed design specifications and estimates of work required. • Ability to translate project design into code, working within an existing Java framework • Must meet tight deadlines and work on several projects simultaneously • Must be able to work within a team environment as well as work independently on projects. • Excellent oral/written communication and problem-solving skills.
