*POSITION*
*Cognos Reports Developer *
*Location: Westlake, OH (West of Cleveland)*
*Interview: Phone interview*
*$55-60/hr *
*2 months *
*Must be onsite*
Cognos Report Studios consultant to develop a customer facing dashboard
that will be emailed as a PDF attachment on a regular schedule. The
dashboard will use Oracle database tables as sources and utilize email -
bursting as the distribution method.* Minimum of 7 years of experience
with Cognos Reports Studio. *
Project details:
- Cognos Report Studios 10
- Data resides in Oracle
- About 12 key indicators on dashboard
- Business requirements document in review and will be finalized soon
and available upon startup
- Consultant will be expected to:
- Work directly with the business owner to understand the business
requirements
- Develop specification from the business requirements
- Develop the Dashboard based on specifications
- Test the Dashboard
- Setup and configure bursting to customers
- Conduct knowledge transfer
- Beta test with on or a few customers prior to moving to production
