Job Description:·         Solid experience developing complex QlikView data
models
·         Mastery of Qlikview charting; set analysis; reusability;
leveraging variables and templates; and building/deploying section-access
security models
·         Ability to write complex front end scripting or expressions
·         Hands on professional able to write complex front end scripts and
expressions, data source integration and advanced GUI development in
Qlikview
·         Strong knowledge on Qlikview server architecture and building
QVD's and QVW's applying business rules and data validations
·         Able to develop macros in visual basic for advanced functionality
·         Any experience on QlikView Extension objects would be plus
·         Advanced scripting and ETL, data modeling (star schema); Working
with large data sets;
·         Use of complex QlikView functions and developing most optimal
scripts for a given solution
·         Good knowledge of SQL, relational databases and Dimensional
Modeling
·         Optimization of data model for performance
·         Must have developed enterprise applications for use in production
environments
·         Creating complex expressions for dynamic aggregation
·         Actions and triggers, Document Chaining & linking experience
·         Publisher and Server experience preferred but not required
·         Knowledge to leverage mapping GIS providers in QlikView for
multi-layer maps (multiple metrics and dimensions overlaid on maps using
extensions)
·         QlikView Certification preferred
·         Database Design and Performance Tuning experience preferred

·         Develops job aids
·         Develops and writes presentation and Web-based training scripts
·         Participates in formal review and validation meetings
·         Writes and electronically formats documents to adhere to
established department standards Structures deliverables for localization
and produces localized versions
·         Assists Instructional Designers with department processes and
editorial standards
·         Assists in the evaluation and development of effective training
techniques
·         Evaluates effectiveness of training programs
·         Works independently, but often leads User Experience teams on
medium and large projects.

*Qualification:*
·         Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Adult Learning
Theory (Masters degree preferred)
·         Seven to ten years of curriculum development or instructional
design experience, or commensurate level of demonstrable experience in a
software development environment.
·         Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize
·         Strong supervisory or project management experience
·         Understanding of software development processes and methodology
·         Experience in Technical Writing preferred
·         Voice-over experience preferred

*Foreign language preferred (Spanish, French) Tools: *
·         Expert technical proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word,
Microsoft PowerPoint, Camtasia, Adobe Flash, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
·         Experience with Microsoft Visual SourceSafe, Microsoft Excel,
Microsoft Project, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Visio highly desirable
