*Interview mode: Phone than Skype.Job Description:*Project Leader *Pharma Life Sciences Medical Device* Will lead functional or small teams across a highly matrixed organization to develop and implement new products, or product improvements to meet divisional goals. There is a high level of *interaction and influence with both internal and external stakeholders*; the project leader will be the driving force to ensure the team keeps the schedule commitments to our stakeholders. The role includes supporting the program manager by leading the project team or sub-teams through the implementation process The project leader will support the planning, implementation, tracking, controlling and completion of key assigned projects. *Duties and Responsibilities:* •Communication between development team and both internal and external stakeholder •Finalize team deliverables for project completion •Interact with program manager (or sponsor), project stakeholders, project core and extended teams to ensure effective communications and manage expectations •Work within the guidelines of the organization's project office model, standard performance metrics, and regulatory guidelines to plan, monitor, control, and implement projects •Lead team to identify and communicate risks and potential response strategies •Choose the appropriate level of risk without substantial program impact; prudent risk taker. •Manage the creation of the project schedule and ensure functional buy-in is obtained •The individual in this role must be a self-starter with strong leadership skills and must be able to perform their duties with minimal supervision. •Anticipate potential conflict situation for proactive solutions. *Manage conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes* •Solid presentation skills, oral and written communication skills and teamwork skills. Strong influencing skills. Proven track record on delivering projects as per published timeline •Experience with scheduling software. Familiarity with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) *Bachelor's degree in technical area such as Engineering or Science or related field preferred.* *3+ years of project management experience.* Relevant experience should include manufacturing-related projects implemented in a regulated environment. PMP Certification is desired.
