*Interview mode: Phone than F2F.Job Description:*Individual contributor working in support of multiple systems and platforms across a variety of business units and customers. Develop, manage and improve the *change management process*. This process involves requests for change, change communication, scheduling and coordination, impact assessment, approvals and post implementation reviews. Focus on continually improving the change management processes in order to ensure high quality change control standards are met and that unplanned incidents or unexpected issues resulting from the process of change are minimized. Excellent customer service attitude, communication skills (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. Work in cross-functional, multi-location teams. *REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Systems is required. *4+ years in production support or change management role*. Experience managing multiple environments and code streams. Understanding and practical experience of software development life cycles, with particular emphasis on scheduling and coordination functions. Experience working with diverse stakeholders such as development, project management, IT and release teams. *3+ years working in a multi-faceted environment.* *2+ Years solid project management experience/background*. Proficient with MS Project. Industry change management processes experience. Solid understanding of IT process management, process definition and improvement. Proficient in the implementation of production change management techniques and service delivery disciplines. Strong relationship building and management skills.
