Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced degree in education, business or marketing is a plus • Extensive training delivery and curriculum development background for external customer clients • Program and/or initiative management experience • Highly self-motivated and dedicated professional. • Resourceful, able to work and learn independently where necessary. • Eager to learn and develop professional training skills. Ability to travel and handle evening & weekend work hours as needed in a globally distributed work environment and travel up to 50%. • Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
