Able to work as an integral member of the project testing and quality team. • Looking for Consultant Level experience that has load runner version 11.5 or newer experience. • Need someone that can coordinate and participate in review and testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of assigned MasterCard developed systems. • Looking for someone that can work both on the technical side and also on the business side to help drive out successful solutions to the end consumer. • Looking for a Consultant Level resource that can drive innovation and new ideas to the performance test team. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and data for project testing. • Perform automated and manual testing and validate results to confirm adherence and conformance to installation standards and methodologies. • Document problems, monitor resolutions and retain documentation necessary to plan for future assigned testing. • Adhere to and enforce consistent company and department testing standards and procedures. • Identify, document, and implement process improvements. • Apply technical and business knowledge to solve issues • Share application knowledge and mentor newer team members May be responsible for Test Coordination duties including: • Defect management and oversight • Status reporting and metrics creation • Point of escalation for issues discovered during the testing phase [[All About You]] • PERFORMANCE Testing experience using Load Runner a MUST • Both Web Application and Web Services Scripting and performance testing experience and knowledge • Test Management experience needed for test coordination. • Experience using various test tools such as Load Runner, Quality Center, etc. • Ability to coordinate, interact with, and lead cross departmental teams. • Ability to make decisions without all information. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to learn new applications quickly • Self-motivated individual that finds and delivers solutions.
