The individuals that we’re looking for will need to focus on working w/the people, operations (executing projects / being a coach), and strategy (transformation and building out the agile office). They will need to manage projects and deliver (key point). I’d like for them to have the technical aptitude, but the individual needs to be a pragmatic / servant leader who is adaptable. They should also have a high emotional intelligence and soft skills. We’re trying to build a methodology and surrounding disciplines that’s going to be specific to Client An agile purist who is inflexible and rigid will not work out in this type of environment.
