*Interview mode: Phone than Skype.Job Description:*• Working knowledge of Performance Center • Ability to prepare/update the documentation that exists today for the new testing. • Ability to build a PT strategy and work independently. • Ability to determine whether an issue is related to DB, Web Services, or application code logic, etc. • Experience developing and executing scripts for both batch processing and web services performance monitoring. • Working knowledge of Trizetto Facets • Health care experience *Responsibilities:* 1. Prepare/update the documentation that exists today for the new performance testing. • Deliverables: i. Performance Test Strategy Document ii. Knowledge Transfer Document 2. Build a performance test strategy. • Deliverables: i. Performance Test Strategy Document 3. Work with DBA, web services and application development groups to identify and track issues related to performance testing. • Deliverables: i. Performance test output metrics including performance tuning needs that meet the SLA ii. Root cause analysis of performance test output 4. Develop and execute scripts for both batch processing and web services performance monitoring. • Deliverables: i. Complete set of new or maintained scripts 5. Collaborate with peers and superiors – daily/weekly check points to monitor progress • Deliverables: i. Submit a weekly status report ii. Provide a status of performance testing deliverables 6. Provide best practices and knowledge transfer of developed scripts, documentation and testing results • Deliverables: i. Supporting KT documentation of scripts and test results ii. Supporting documentation of strategy and best practices 7. Performs other related activities, as necessary or as assigned.
