*Title:                     PeopleSoft Functional Analyst Fit-Gap HCM 9.1
to 9.2 upgrade*
*Location:             Scottsdale, AZ*
*Start date:           Feb. 2nd.*
*Duration:             Long Term(min. 12 months)*




*Role Description: *



   - Responsible for the fit-gap analysis and demonstrating the functional
   setup of HCM 9.2 new delivered functionality, i.e.: work centers, pivot
   grids/dashboards, and especially AWE for Time & Labor



*Deliverables:*


1. Fit gap presentations and demonstration to the project team and the
customer
2. Fit-gap follow-up documentation
3. Documentation on how to implement the new delivered functionality (i.e.:
work centers, AWE setup for Time & Labor, dashboards etc.)
4. Assist the project team with recommendations on adoption of new
delivered functionality, retrofit recommendations
5. Summary of fit-gap for the project steering committee

*Skills and Requirements:*


   - Experience working in a functional role for PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
   - Experience with new functionality delivered in 9.2 is a required (i.e.
   AWE for T&L work centers, pivot grids/dashboards)
   - Familiar with and comfortable working in a collaborative team
   environment, adhering to documentation and change management procedures
   - Good understanding of functionality of multiple modules PeopleSoft HCM
   - Able to self-manage multiple assignments and engage both internal IT
   staff as well as be able to communicate clearly to the end-user community
   - Functional skills working with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
   - Good understanding of the following modules: Core HR, Time & Labor,
   T&L Rules, Payroll, Contract Administration, Benefits Administration and
   implementing PS Security (create/review roles, permissions and query
   security)



Highly desired, but not required experience with eBenefits, Manager
Self-Service and Employee Self-Service
