(This is technical task leadership, not people management.) · High attention to detail. · Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience. · Must exhibit strong initiative and follow-through. · Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at once. · Ability to handle flexible workloads in a fast paced environment. · Comfortable with managing change, deadline driven, proactive. · Ability to cross-train and document job responsibilities. · Experience and ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. · Strong organizational skills. · Skills that would be a PLUS, but are NOT required · Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. · MDX experience would be beneficial and is required; if a strong candidate exists but does not have strong MDX experience, they will be considered provided they have strong web and SQL skills. · Leadership skills noted above in Qualifications are more important than having MDX skills.
