*POSITION : Optics Reliability Test Engineer* *Location: Allentown, PA*
*Duration: 6+months* *Required skills:* - Experience with test set-ups, fault finding and hardware debug. Must be able to build optical test sets and prove in the test set performance. Writing software to automate the test hardware is a plus. - Must be able to understand test methodologies and be able to execute a full module qualification plan. - Must have experience with environmental stress testing methods. Understand shock and vib parameters, ESD testing methods, dust testing, mixed flowing gases testing and optical parameters for pass/fail evaluation of optical modules. - Experienced in optical component technologies, interconnect quality requirements and reliability test methodologies. SiPh packaging experience is a plus. - Develop test qualification set-up and test stations for optical testing - Perform component testing and participate in the review of regression, systems, and stress testing - Addressing, isolating, tracking and reporting problems through resolution - Reviews test results, document test activities and results. Write qualification reports - Record all changes applied, insuring qualification and lab system are audit-ready and future updates facilitated - Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams. - Good communication and influencing skills are a must. *POSITION 2: Build and Release Management* *Experience : 7+ Yrs* *Skill : Release Management* *Location : Phoenix, AZ* *Duration : 6+ months* *Approx. Start date * * : Immediate* *Extension possible * *: Yes* *Job Description:* This requirement is for strong build and release manager (for J2EE applications). • Strong experience in managing software environment with focus on Configuration Management (especially Change, Release and Build Management). • Change Management: Experience in designing and implementing SCM standards, policies and procedure. • Release Management: Experience in setting up processes & standards for repository baselines, branching, merging, backups/restore and troubleshooting. • Build Management: Extensive knowledge on Build tools like MAVEN, Cruise Control, Jenkins etc. Will be required to support teams for migrating over to automated build environment. • Server Administration: Proficiency in in Unix/Linux platforms in Administering, Support and Maintenance; Maintenance of user groups, setting up tool Infrastructure, Installation and Quality Assurance • Scripting/ Programming Skills: Proficiency in creation of Unix Shell and PERL scripts; Must have a good understanding of Java application deployment on WebSphere and JBOSS Application servers • Amex Experience and knowledge of Agile development practices would be an added advantage.
