*Software Applications Developer*
We are looking for a mid-level candidate to bring past experience to the
team as well as an appetite to learn and grow with us as we move forward.
This candidate should be willing to have multiple responsibilities,
including software development, testing, and production support. The
candidate must have a B.S. in Computer Science or related field with 5+
years in experience.
*Job Responsibilities*
1. Work with a team of talented senior level developers and architects
on a variety of systems and projects to design, develop, and implement new
software, new modules and enhancements to existing enterprise level systems
and platforms.
1. Participate in all stages of the project and development
life-cycle – including, but not limited to, requirements gathering and
development, system functional specifications and design, development,
testing, implementation and post-implementation support.
2. Learn and utilize appropriate technology as established on a per
project basis.
3. Adhere to all coding standards, design principles, source control
processes, and our internal development processes as appropriate based on
the assigned project and client.
2. Share in production support responsibilities supporting end users,
triage, and some troubleshooting and break/fix.
3. As a part of the team, actively participate in the creation of an
innovative and rewarding work environment.
4. Participate in other company initiatives as required.

2. Ability to ensure timely communication of any project-sensitive
information to project leadership
3. Willingness to enlist assistance as well as to provide it so as to
maximize overall team productivity and velocity
4. Demonstrated competency for adapting to new environments, quickly
grasping overall architecture and key components
5. Highly effective and targeted testing approach to ensure delivered
code is production ready with respect to bugs, side-effects and performance
6. Able to effectively design and defend approaches taken to satisfy
task level goals that fit the overall vision and architecture of the product
7. Ability to cope with conflicting demands and to prioritize tasks
8. Experience working in a tightly version-controlled and process
oriented financial corporate environment
9. *Required Technical Skills*
1. .Net Framework 4.5
2. Visual Studio 2010/2012
3. Strong C# and Object Oriented Design and Development experience
4. Strong understanding of the ASP.Net Page Life Cycle
5. Strong understanding of WCF and WebServices.
6. Strong understanding of database and database concepts,
specifically with SQL server
7. Hands on experience with Entity Framework

1. Javascript, jQuery, Ajax (not Microsoft)
2. CSS, XML, JSON
3. SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014, TSQL
4. Microsoft MVC
