*Position: ITSM consultant with ISO exp* *Duration: 12+ months* *Location: Downey, CA* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Consultant must meet all of the following qualifications: 1. Five (5) years of experience working as an ISO Consultant or ITSM subject matter expert. 2. Must be certified in ITIL v3 at an intermediate or higher level, with the proof of accreditation obtained from an accredited examination institutes (i.e. AMPG- International, EXIN, etc.). Must provide copy of certification with resume. 3. Three (3) years of experience working with "Generation II" Service Management tools (i.e. Cherwell, ServiceNow, Numera, etc.). 4. Must have completed two (2) ISO20K certification projects within the last three (3) years for organizations with more than 50 stakeholders (Executive Management, middle management, team members, technical architects and internal underpinning service managers). The consultant must have acted as the lead project manager and the projects must have successfully passed an ISO/IEC 20000 certification audit by an accredited auditing organization. 5. Must have completed two (2) projects within the last three (3) years using a process documentation library (e.g. iRunIT, Navvia, Pink Elephant Atlas, etc.) including; a. Creating Process sets. b. Developing and edit policies for ISD-ITS compliance. c. Producing process documentation and performance reporting using ITS' PDL. d. Creating process and service assessments using ITS' survey and assessment modules (tools embedded within the PDL). e. Organizing artifacts and records in appropriate PDL workspaces. 6. One (1) year of experience using project collaboration software (e.g. SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence, etc.). 7. Three (3) years of experience within the last four (4) years using Microsoft Office 2007 or 2010 product suites (i.e. Word, Excel, Project, Publisher, Visio, PowerPoint).
