Experience working with large datasets is an advantage. Experience in extracting data using SQL techniques. Experience in writing VBA scripts *Job Description * · Responsible for business understanding, data understanding, providing analytical solution , result interpretation and dissemination of business insights to meet client requirements. Contributes to process automation and explanation of business insights to clients. He should be able to demonstrate a high level of problem solving ability & execute on high-level specifications for different analytical tasks. Attention to details, and quality and correctness of analytic al solutions is very important. Must be able to conceptualize business problem in auto industry and develop other analytic solution in SPSS and Big Data environment. Ability to choose the appropriate technique and methodology for the solution. Ability to work in client environment. Should have refined communication & presentation skills to support the analytic output. Ability to document and present analysis results in a clear, compelling style. Highly self motivated and professional. Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver high-quality materials. Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment. Ability to deal with higher levels of ambiguity that may come with new business scenarios Should be driven to continuously innovate with newer techniques and be able to develop demo models using these statistical techniques to demonstrate concepts. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships and effectively influence all levels of business. Should drive the importance of data and statistical analysis and how they contribute to optimizing business profitability. Should demonstrate a deeper understanding of statistical techniques Ability to naturally assume ownership of initiatives, requiring minimal supervision to consistently deliver outstanding results. Ability to create presentations with a compelling story aimed towards solving the customers problem Experience in extracting data using SQL techniques. Ability to write VBA scripts to develop automated solutions *Qualifications * · MSc, BSC, MS in a quantitative field such as econometrics, statistics, Operations Research or mathematics. *Set of responsibilities & expected results associated with this role.* Statistical modeler will be responsible for statistical data model building, analytical problem solving, result interpretation and dissemination of business insights to meet client requirements.
