This includes implementing application specific solutions using TIBCO software products; leading and teaching others through doing, knowledge sharing, mentoring and training; documenting guidelines, best practices and lessons learned; and, participating in architecture reviews and code inspection sessions. The selected individual must be highly motivated with good written and oral communication skills. Candidate should have a proven track record of being able to plan, prioritize, estimate, and deliver projects on time. Ø 5+ years of TIBCO development experience (Specializing in CEP/Big-data/SOA) Ø 7+ years of development experience in large organizations. Ø Knowledge of Business Intelligence and experience using historical data as predictive tools for metrics and trending.
