*Role & Responsibilities*

*•              Perform first level diagnosis, Proactive Monitoring,
incident management using various Tools and processes. *

*•              KEDB and related documents updates.*

*•              Telephonic / Email / Web-based / Remote login support using
knowledgebase repository, individual knowledge for the incident resolution.
*

*•              Understand error logs, analyze the problems, do basic level
Incident analysis and provide solutions to medium complexity IP Telephony
issues.*

*•              Act as SPOC (Singe Point Of Contact) for customer and L2/L3
engineers till problem is resolved*



*Skills     Must have          Nice to Have*

*Technical Skills (Core & Top-Up)*

*                Knowledge of IP Telephony, Telecom and Wireless network
concepts and Monitoring tools like Prognosis, Solar winds etc.*

*•              Ability to understand network troubles / faults in one or
more of the following domains/Technology:*

*o             CISCO IPT/ Avaya/Nortel IPT*

*•              Exposure to Voice Switching: TDM, VoIP, Call processing,
          •              Exposure to CISCO Unified Communication Solution
Implementation and administration*

*•              H/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination*

*•              Video Collaboration and Unified communication *

*•              ITIL Process*

*Process & Tools*

*•              Remote system administration *

*•              Understand the Incident, Change & Problem
management         •              Vendor Management*

*Behavioral Skill*

*•              Fair Written & Verbal Communication Skills*

*•              Good team player*
