Role:                      Splunk Lead

Location:              US Atlanta

EXP:                       5-10 Yrs.

Duration:-        6+ Months

Required to have expertise in following areas:



Key Skills:            SPLUNK Developer, Server Scripting, design,
Implementation



Support & Development of new capabilities with our growing Splunk
environment.

Serve as an Enabling Capabilities Team members, responsible for design,
implementation and Splunk support.

Participate in incident, problem and change management processes.

Review and monitor incident management, escalation and resolution issues

Executes well, thought-out proof of concept documents.

Work closely with infrastructure support teams to diagnose and resolve
configuration issues.

Develop, implement and document configuration standards, policies and
procedures for operating, managing and ensuring the security of Splunk
infrastructure.

Provide on-call support for Splunk as required.

Minimum 3-4 yrs. Experience in developing and supporting Splunk.

Hands-on support in large, enterprise IT environment (500+ servers).

Working knowledge of hardware platforms. Working knowledge of server
Scripting Languages Experts at root cause analysis, problem solving and
resolution

Strong interpersonal, team, negotiation, communication and customer service
skills
