We have URGENT REQUIREMENT of *Business Analyst with AML*, with one of our Client Please Share Matching Profile ASAP on my id [email protected] or feel free to call me for further information, my number is 408-709-1760 Ext-843 *Role: Business Analyst with AML* *Location: Dublin, OH* *Duration: 6+ Month* *Interview: Telephonic/Skype* As a Business / Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for performing analysis in support of technology initiatives focused on enhancing the firm’s AML customer risk management capabilities. You will work closely with internal business partners and technology teams during all phases of the project lifecycle from pre-initiate through project closure. *Key Responsibilities* • Partner heavily with business users and technology partners, at all levels • Analyze and develop deep expertise of AML business processes, requirements, data, and technology products (internal and vendor products) • Facilitate requirements elicitation and verification sessions with business and technical teams • Identify process and functionality implementation options to address strategic and tactical business needs, communicate benefits and risks of each option, and recommend business priorities • Evaluate the impact of client requests and implementation options against application / product roadmap • Translate implementation options into detailed functional and contribute to technical requirement specifications • Communicate requirements to the development team for design and implementation • Perform detailed analysis of data to ensure business information needs and technical application requirements are met • Identify and communicate risks / issues including potential scope creep. Identify risk mitigation options and alternatives *Qualifications* • 7+ years business analysis experience with software development lifecycle process (intermediate understanding of business / systems analysis is required) • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field with preferred focus on Computer Science or Information Systems • AML Experience and/or strong knowledge in the CDD/EDD, KYC areas is preferred • AML Experience and/or strong knowledge in one or more banking transaction and customer data sets (e.g, Retail, DDA, Wires, etc.) is a plus • Proven ability to develop deep expertise with system features, data, and implementation options/constraints and leverage this knowledge to effectively facilitate and define requirements • Must have excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills • Ability to facilitate meetings among stakeholders with diverse and sometimes conflicting points of view. • Self motivated team player.
