*Please send resumes to [email protected] <[email protected]>* *System Analyst(Healthcare)* *Basking Ridge New Jersey* *Contract* *Description:* · Evaluates business requirements, evaluates and recommends appropriate solutions and prepares high level analysis. • Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements and translates to systems & architectural requirements; prepares Impact Assessments for new projects. • Helps to develop project cost and benefit estimates, including identification and evaluation of alternatives • Performs estimation and coordination of cross functional estimates as part of RSA • Intensive interaction with business partners, application development teams, and cross functional teams • Formulates, defines and documents the high level functional system specifications including CIDs/CCDs, SACDs, Functional Block Flow Diagrams, RTM, Logical Data Model, Use Cases… • Devises or modifies procedures that solve complex business problems with due consideration for hardware/software capacity and limitations, operating times and the desired results • Analyzes and revises existing functional documentation • Participates in RSA processes as functional SME coordinating and leading teams to required RSA artifacts and deliverables • Generates innovative ideas to address and resolve problems • Responsible for meeting or exceeding all defined target goals and milestone dates for the project in order to ensure its overall success • Responsible for multiple projects simultaneously • Anticipates issues and acting proactively to address potential issues • Gathers and updates project materials, (Project documentation, ADR/UDP documentation, process flows,, project status reporting, lessons learned documents, etc • Improves processes to optimize performance and value over time • Provides risk assessment and issue/problem resolution as required • Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise *Qualifications:* · High School/GED or equivalent · 2 years SA experience *Special Skills/Knowledge:* · EDI knowledge/experience · Healthcare Industry experience a plus · Understanding of/experience with SOA & ESB design principles a plus -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source Erp & Crm" group.
