*JOB DESCRIPTIONS:*
*10+ years of Experience in financial modules: Accounts Payable, General
Ledger & Purchasing*
*REQUIRED SKILLS:*
• Solid understanding and work experience as a
PeopleSoft Accounts Payable Functional lead (9.1 and higher)
• PeopleSoft 9.1 or higher experience required with end to end
implementation experience
• Well versed in understanding of Accounts Payable end to end
business process flows for a large multinational organization
• Experience with the SDLC; Requirements Gathering, Fit-Gap
analysis, writing Functional specifications, configuration, writing of
testing cases and execution of testing cycles
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
as this position will require constant interaction with customer team on a
daily basis.
• Fluency in English is a must
• Must have prior experience of handling Merchandise Payable
business processes & how the same can addressed in PeopleSoft Accounts
Payable
• Lead all phases of the project’s functional track – Assessment,
Fit-Gap, Conference Room Pilot, Design, Configuration, Testing and
Deployment
• Provide best practice based inputs to clients on PeopleSoft
Financials application and its utilization to meet business requirements
• Take bottom-line responsibility for the functional track in a
project and complete tasks per the project plan
• Must have multiple PeopleSoft Financials implementation project
experiences (focus on Accounts Payable)
• Possess sound knowledge and experience of accounting principles
and processes (focus on US GAAP)
• Must have project experience of working for large retail
customers
• Implementation/knowledge of key business processes; including
multi-currency processing, Interunit accounting, reconciliation, month,
quarter end & year end processing
• Solid understanding of integration between PeopleSoft modules and
with external applications
• Experience in creating and executing test cases both from Systems
Integration as well as User Acceptance testing perspective
• Experience with PS Query and XML Publisher
