*Duration: 6+ months* *Job Description:* Strong technical resource with hands-on experience on IBM Sterling Order Management System v 9.3 IBM Sterling Order Management System v 9.1 IBM Sterling Call centre for Commerce v 9.3 Responsible for resolving / fixing issues / incidents reported for Sterling OMS and Call centre in production environment. Will require on-call / off-hour support for critical production incidents. Responsible for working on minor enhancements / projects end to end – defining solution, coding, testing, deployment. Responsible for Sterling deployments and support for clients Development/Test/QA environments. Work with Client Managers for planning and stake holder communication. Communication with offshore team through mail, calls on regular basis. Co-ordinate work being done by the team at offshore. Weekly and Monthly Status reporting.
