*Job Title : Peoplesoft Techno-Functional AnalystLocation : New York, NYDuration : 6+ month contractDescription:* Senior PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Analyst and PeopleSoft Developer on HCM, HR, Payroll, Base Benefits, Ben Admin, Migration from v9.1 to V9.2 *Essential Job Functions:* Expertise on PeopleSoft HCM modules and a good understanding of PeopleSoft modules such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, and ePerformance. Experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Excel to CI , data management tools, Bundles, Fixes & Patches experience Must have strong reporting tools experience: SQR, XML Publisher, Query/Crystal etc. Assists in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned tasks. Designing, coding, testing, training, debugging, implementing, and documenting modifications, customizations, implementation, and upgrades Resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility. Coordinate prioritization, approval of changes, and follow change control protocols Experience in analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation *Basic Qualifications:* 8 or more years of PeopleSoft programming experience Should have worked on at least 2 full life cycle application upgrades.
