o Linux OS troubleshooting skills under pressure during Sev1 and Sev 2
tickets
o Disk and memory related tasks
o OS, NW and processes related tasks
o OS Patching plan and execution
o User and groups management
o OS vulnerability remediation plan and activity.
o Security Group management
o Analysis of AWS Trusted advisory report.
o CA Wily server and agent Configuration on Instance and update the
document accordingly.
o AWS Cloud Watch configuration
o CQ service related issues i.e. CQ Service is not coming up and work
with BRT Team for deployment.
o Certificate deployment on Web and CQ Server.
o WEB, CQ and Cassandra installation on Instances.
o Troubleshooting App installation related tasks.
