- Should have played Applications Solution Architect roles in prior assignments - Should have experience interacting with Sr. Leadership, business stakeholders, understand the enterprise level business & technical challenges, opportunities and proposing appropriate solutions - Experience in developing & driving architectural standards, best practices and guidelines for enterprises - Experience in preparing product/application roadmaps & migration strategy and executing application migrations - Preparing strategy for integrating new set of applications with existing enterprise applications landscape - Should have strong experience in (one/more) technologies and product suites like IBM WebSphere, Java/J2ee, Microsoft Technologies, etc. - Experience with conducting performance improvement initiatives, assessing new COTS products and inducting into enterprise - Experience with Healthcare Provider/Payer applications & products is desirable (Cerner, MEDITECH, Allscripts, MS4, Revenue Services related apps, etc...)
