7+ years experience doing UI/Front-end development with a solid
knowledge of JavaScript / AJAX / HTML / CSS.
5+ years experience in building web applications using the latest
standards-based approaches (HTML5,CSS3).
Has worked on a minimum of two, high traffic, large scale
JavaScript application production sites.
Demonstrable knowledge of Semantic HTML markup.
Mastery of cross-browser, cross-platform markup and layout (HTML,
CSS)
Experience with server side technologies like JSP, Java, and Java
Servlets (or similar server generation technologies).
Experience in incorporating and utilizing BDD / TDD / JavaScript
unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Mocha).
Strong knowledge of JavaScript design patterns and supporting
frameworks such as *Backbone* , Ember.js, Handlebars, Underscore, and so on
Experience in implementing responsive design techniques.
Experience with both Javascript-based build tools such as Grunt,
and Java-based build tools such as Ant or Maven.
A strong understanding of Git.
Knowledge of what is required to develop highly performance web
applications.
Ability to clearly write technical specifications.
Experience with Continuous Integration and automated testing
strategies.
