*Job Description*
? Minimum 10 years of Business Analyst experience. Extensive Banking
Industry experience is must. Experience with *FIS(Fidelity National
Information Services)* products is must.
? These two need to be senior financial industry data focused technical
business analysts.
? They must, in addition, possess very strong global capital markets
technical business analytic knowledge and experience
? Strong understanding of front- and back-office business processes and
operations is desired
? Should be able to coordinate and communicate well and streamline
requirements.
? Good understanding of critical success factors affecting wealth
management, investments, brokerage industry
? Desired skills include requirements methods, interviewing, data modeling,
business process modeling, use cases
? Leads detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating
and/or resolving business issues.
? Assesses, researches, analyzes and documents sponsor/stakeholder needs in
accordance with Project Management methodology and deliverables.
? Recommends business solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs
continually exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients.
? Ensures adequate end-user documentation and training.
? Contributes to successful project completion within budget and on time by
identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies.
? Facilitate and develop business strategies.
? Understands and manages organizational change.
