NetScalar SDX and VPX
Over 5000 Citrix users by EOY 2015 (95% XenApp, 5% XenDesktop)
300 Server XenApp farm (divided equally between Prod and DR)
24x7 support model
24x7 SME or Citrix trained resources at Tier 1 (Helpdesk, at least one per
shift)
Ops management
Monitoring, alerting, remediation
Server Infrastructure/vCenter
Citrix Components
NetScaler (Access Gateway and Load Balancer
ZDCs and DDCs
XenApp/XenDesktop
