*Role: Enterprise Job Scheduling Senior Analyst (Control-M Scheduler)* *Location: Cleveland, OH* *Duration: 6-12 months* *Interview: Telephonic/Skype* *Must Have:* Utilize scheduling software (Control-M 8) features to ensure appropriate and timely submission and processing of required workload. ü Ø Maintain responsibility for primary job scheduling requirements for global business units and major applications supported by IT infrastructure. ü Ø Communicate with customer to understand business applications in order to properly and appropriately schedule their workload, and to educate and encourage use of available productivity tools and aids. ü Ø Maintain and review scheduling documentation required to support the environment ü Ø Forecasting and reporting within the automated scheduling software ü Ø Ensure appropriate integration of applications through proper use of scheduling software and understanding the effects of one application or another. ü Ø Provide detailed communications to the Data Center operations organization in support of notable outage and activities. An understanding of Data Center operations functions is the key to proper communication. ü Ø Provide rotational on-call support of the scheduling environment. This role includes the incorporation of several daily process tasks. ü Ø Abnormal termination of job processing requires analysis of computer generated diagnostics, for recovery and restart. Urgency can become a factor, due to dependence of associated workload, size and frequency of subsequent workload. ü Ø Maintain sensitivity to global user community due support of multiple time zones. ü Ø Support both the team lead administrative analyst and technical lead analyst in prompting the standard for enterprise job scheduling.. ü Ø Support US Sarbanes – Oxley requirements within the enterprise job scheduling organization. *Basic Qualifications: (Educational and Experience):* ü Automated Job Scheduling analyst experience (3 years +) ü Degree in computer science or related field preferred ü Knowledge of basic commands for SAP, UNIX, Linux, Windows and AS400 is required.
