*Position: BA Lead (Clinical)* *Location: Boston, MA* *Duration: 6 Months Plus* *Job Description:* We need a Senior BA for lead 2 other BA’s work in the complex Apollo program • Advise IT management, Project leaders and customers by providing directions on IT technology, opportunities and market trends. • Work with cross-functional teams to elicit & document accurate, comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications (Develop advanced engineering business documentation, designs and plans for implementing solutions). • Assist the business on process analysis and improvement, organizational change or strategy to meet business requirements. • Significant experience in leading analysis in large international projects • Ability to provide technical leadership and support to other analysts • BS/MS/MBA or equivalent • Large/Proven experience as a business analyst working in a technical environment. • Experience of working face to face and remotely with customers from IT, the Business and Vendors. • Ability to analyse and document business processes together with an understanding and an ability to convey the resulting product requirements and implications. • Knowledge of structured analysis methods. Experience on assisting the business and the validation team in developing business scenario for the system qualification. • Familiarity with process and systems analysis in the Pharma / CRO industry. • Experience with some of the following areas would be a plus: CRF Electronic Data Capture systems, Clinical Trial Management systems (IMPACT), Safety Databases, Clinical Reporting and data review systems. • Good understanding of the dataflow and integrations between those systems. • Project organization skills to support IT project lead in initiation phase and later on as needed. • Good understanding of regulatory requirements for clinical research (GAMP, GCP) to support the project team on the risk analysis and development of a validation plan. • Experience of working with agile methodology *Praveen TiwariUnited Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
