Job Duties : Will be doing migrations, administrative tasks, request tickets, incident tickets, troubleshooting - Needs to know how to install, configure, and troubleshoot software. Experience in Microstrategy development is required. Requires working knowledge of RDBMS databases like SQL Server/Oracle. Experience with Netezza is a plus Coordinate with other support teams and plan deployment activities and support standard maintenance windows Design & Develop complex MicroStrategy Reports, Dashboards and Visualizations in an enterprise environment Skills Required : 5+ years of Microstrategy 9.x developer of which at least 3 years on administration of Microstrategy 9.x Experience working with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and Netezza DB server Experience in standing up, configuring, performance tuning, and maintaining a MicroStrategy environment Experience in configuring and supporting MicroStrategy end clients (Desktop client and web access) and configuring MicroStrategy server to connect to data sources (internal and external) Administrative and hands-on experience installing, configuring, and maintaining a MicroStrategy (v9) enterprise server environment Leverages SQL skills to optimize, analyze, and improve database SQL performance. Develop and tune queries for ad hoc, canned reporting, and dashboard use.
