Hi, I have the below requirement with my preferred vendor. Please do let me know if you have any suitable profile *DevOps Engineer* *San Jose, CA* *Long Term* • *Certified AWS DevOps* • Two or more years’ experience provisioning, operating, and managing AWS environments • Basic DBA skills for MySQL, and other various DBs • Strong background in Linux systems (especially RHEL/CentOS), including shell scripting and performance tuning • Good understanding of networking • Linux administration experience • Coding skills in Ruby and Java desired, or another interpreted language like Perl or Python • Experience with some or all of the following: Groovy, Rake, Gradle, Chef, Vagrant, Jenkins, Ant/NAnt, Maven • Experience working with and troubleshooting Tomcat, Apache • Effective use of Auto Scaling • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies • Familiarity with unit testing and code-coverage tools • Experience with virtual machines, such as VirtualBox • Experience with monitoring systems • Familiarity with functional or performance test automation techniques and tools • Ability to excel within an agile environment (i.e. user stories, iterative development, continuous integration, shared ownership, test-driven development, etc.) • Experience with software configuration management using git, subversion • Experience with packaging/deploying software in Linux • Knowledge of best practices in an always-up, always-available service.
