Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *Jr. Net Developer with BPM exp* *Bedford, MA* *6 months +* *Job Description:* · Work with our customers to enhance business processes through the implementation and support of the BPM products and solutions · Perform the full technical configuration required for the deployment of our solutions · Assist or drive the full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, functional design, installation, user acceptance testing, issue resolution and production implementation · Articulate product and solution functionality and best practices to customers · Collaborate with the client project team (Project Manager, Solution Architect and other Consultants) to ensure successful implementation of the solutions and to keep project on schedule and within budget · Function as the subject matter expert for products and solutions · 3 to 5 years of functional and technical consulting experience with BPM software products · Experience implementing full life cycle projects at large enterprise customers · Experience working in a professional services organization with formal practices · Experience with related capture software a plus · BS/BA or equivalent in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline *General Skills:* · Ability to understand functional design and technical project requirements · Ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently · Strong client communication skills · Knowledge of software development, architecture, and customization · Ability to come up-to-speed quickly on new technologies · Self-motivated and self-disciplined · Ability to manage own time across multiple tasks · Technical Skills: · Proficient in developing with .NET framework using C#, VB, ASP, ADO, XML, etc. · Experience in application development using latest MVC Framework · Experience delivering robust and secure web-based applications · Experience with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server · Experience with SQL database · Experience working in the complete SDLC · Detailed knowledge of the latest Microsoft Desktop and Server platforms.
