Please review the job description below. *Position: SAP HCM Systems Analyst* *Department: HR Technology Support* *Location:- NYC * *Job Term: 3 Months with the possibility to extend* Rate: Let’s Talk Interview: Phone + Skype *Job Description:* *Description: * AB is looking for an SAP HCM Systems Analyst to provide detailed analysis and documentation for all existing integrations, on AB’s existing SAP HCM implementation. This role will also be responsible for backup SAP HCM support. Responsibilities: • Analyze all of Alliance Bernstein’s SAP HCM integrations (~30 integrations) • Provide detailed, accurately and clearly written technical/functional documentation for all integrations • Interact with Human Capital / Payroll Department personnel to clarify integration details • Present documentation to HR Technology Support and Human Capital management teams • Provide backup technical support for the SAP Human Resources System: o ABAP Programming for SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS) Requirements: • 2-3 years SAP Human Resources Analyst experience • Ability to accurately interpret ABAP programming and translate into detailed documentation • Understanding of SAP Data Dictionary and Table Structure • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal communication skills • Excellent written/documentation skills • Strong work ethic and team player • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under tight deadlines with limited supervision • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio) • Knowledge of SAP Portal technology a plus • Knowledge of Time module a plus • Knowledge of Workday a plus If you are qualified, available, interested, planning to make a change, or know of a friend who might have the required qualifications and interest, please call me ASAP at (408) 874-8333 Ext.278 <%28408%29%20874-8333%20Ext.213> , even if we have spoken recently about a different position.
