3 months Description of Services: - Provide ATG Web Commerce advisory services to one or more of HP’s clients - Analyze known performance issues with Customer’s public website (e.g., memory leaks and cart issues) - Analyze known BCC publishing issues - Analyze other known issues per Customer’s direction - Recommend fixes for issues, as well as recommend long-term issue resolution for root-causes of known issues, when and if identified during analysis - Analyze ATG configuration management process and recommend process optimizations, as well as train current Customer’s staff where necessary to implement recommendations - Champion recommendations with Customer’s management, when necessary - Analyze "bad-data" issues identified by current data-analysis initiatives.
