Primary responsibilities Engage in meaningful dialog with LoB, ability to query and reciprocate on subject matter, ability to document requirements, document project charter, interview team members and build a WBS, complete an effort estimate and build a project plan (.mpp), Communication matrix, escalation matrix, and complete all activities needed to get the project completed within the triple constraints of scope, time and cost.
