WHAT IS HIGHLIGHTED BELOW IN RED IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.* Posting Title : Developer - Exstream Country : United States State : New York City : Deer Park, Long Island, NY Employment Status : Contingent Worker Job Description : Primary Responsibilities: • Focuses on the functional, technical and implementation-related aspects of the work products being produced by the area. • Responsible for designing and developing (including coding) complex systems in support of all document composition projects. • Works with users and QA to perform Quality Assurance testing of applications and resolves all reported defects/issues. Qualifications and Requirements: • COBOL/CICS and other document composition tools a plus. • Possesses knowledge and experience of document composition (brokerage statements, trade confirmations, tax documents and others) and their development throughout all phases of the lifecycle. • Analytical skills, good communication skills, team player and leadership ability *• Must have proficiency and experience with (but not limited to) the following: • two-step processing • complex user tables • section data • engine timing • engine switches • workflow (WIP, Submitted, Approved, etc) • writing custom functions • AFP, PDF, etc • submitting tickets to HP * Education and Experience: • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent education and experience • 5+ years experience using HP Exstream – version 7 and above.
