Candidates must possess the ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment and the proven ability to combine skills in development and leadership. The ideal candidate will have at experience of implementing and developing new processes for automation as an automation software developer. *Responsibilities:* · Focus priority on customer-facing applications but when available, effort will be shared with testing internally-developed tools used by Test, Integration, and Support groups. · Continually and effectively communicate strategy, opportunities, and progress to company management and project teams. · Document design concepts, task specifications, and implementation/test details required. · Routinely study application and process behaviors to supersede requirements by proactively evaluating alternative test possibilities, scenarios, and potential issues. · Remain current on new test automation tools and methodologies and communicate trends and opportunities to management as appropriate. · Examine challenges from both a developer and tester viewpoints required. · Creation and maintenance of functional and technical design documents. · Coordinate and communicate with project managers and leadership team. · Work well in a highly collaborative environment and the preventability to combine skills in architecture and leadership. *Basic Requirements:* · BS in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering · Experience in design, development, and testing.
