JD:
- Having 4+ years of experience in development and support
- Should have worked on all components of Genesys Voice Platform 8.x
- Should have experience in Developing the Voice applications using Composer
- Should have hands on experience in writing the routing strategies.
- Should have experience CTI integration
- Should have experience in Outbound calls and Orchestration.
- Integration with different interfaces like Infomart, iWS is add on.

- Should have hands on experience in java, vxml, and grxml languages
- Certification on Genesys VP is preferred
